You might want to pay special attention to Midvale Plaza Apartments at 527 / 540 Midvale Avenue. This apartment community is a short walk from campus and features two different studio unit layouts. The Model C studio is 500 square feet and has a private balcony, galley kitchen, full bath with bathtub, and lots of closet space. The Model E studio is the same size, but it also includes a fireplace.
