Since the residents of our properties are virtually all students, countless opportunities exist for interaction among residents whether in the study lounge, at the pool, or in the fitness center. This gives international students the opportunity to create lifelong friendships.

Los Angeles is an expansive city which is often difficult to get around. We, however, have a variety of apartments – steps from campus, shopping, and nightlife – so close to it all you will never need a car.

In addition to online leasing assistance, listed below are some additional services we offer:

• Our staff will receive your luggage and other personal belongings, and have them waiting for you in your new home.
• We offer fully furnished apartments so you will not have the hassle of purchasing furniture for a short period of time.
• When you arrive at LAX, one of our staff members will pick you up from the airport and bring you to your new home. Once there, you will be so close to campus, Westwood Village, and public transportation that you will not need a car again!
• Our staff will have your utilities turned on and put into your name on the first day of your lease.
• For your convenience, we are happy to accept rent payments via wire and credit cards. We can also arrange an appointment for you with one of the local banks to set up a local checking account.

Over the past 30 years, we have grown into the pre-eminent provider of off-campus UCLA student housing by developing strong relationships with our tenants and their parents. We have done this through the following means:

• We provide a home away from home with safe and secured communities. All of our properties have gated entry, gated parking, security cameras, and friendly 24 hour on-site management and maintenance services.
• All of our properties are within walking distance of the UCLA campus and the Westwood Village shopping and entertainment district. There is also available public transportation to Hollywood, Venice Beach, Rodeo Drive, Santa Monica, Malibu and every other attraction in Southern California.
• We know that studying abroad is a huge investment so we strive to provide a clean and quiet environment which allows you to excel academically.
• Having fun is also a huge part of college experience! You may enjoy downtime in some of our great amenities which include jacuzzis, fitness centers, swimming pools, saunas and study lounges (amenities vary by building).
• All of our apartment units come with fully equipped kitchens which include refrigerators, microwaves, ovens, stoves, garbage disposals, and on-site laundry facilities. All units are wired for high speed internet access so you can keep up with your family and your studies.
• We always welcome parents to visit for short periods of time in your room.

Every year, dozens of international students live with us. As a result, we have made it possible for you to secure an apartment online before arriving in Los Angeles in 3 simple steps:

   1. the date you would like to move in
   2. the size unit you need (Studio, 1 bedroom/1 bathroom, 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms)
   3. if you have a preference for what floor you are on (1 floor – 5 floor)
   4. include copies of your student visa and I-20 by email to: midvale2@rwselby.com or fax to

2. Complete the Online Application.
3. One of our leasing consultants will contact you and email you the lease for your signature. Once we receive your signed lease along with a wire transfer or credit card payment for your security deposit, you are all set!
